The area was safe and quiet, the hotel was very nice and clean and comforting, the food at the restaurant inside is very nice and the cook was very knowledgeable about what to recommend, everything was delicious, my room was clean and cozy and filled with everything we needed.

The breakfast was well prepared and tasted very good. I thought the decor of this facility was fantastic! So I was surprised the outside looked weather and in need of a refresh. I will be staying here again in the future. The elevator wasn't working when I got there and the staff member upgraded me because I wanted to be on the top floor, that was Awesome!

The hotel has an upgraded beautiful lobby and has a lot to offer for the price. Rooms could use a *little* TLC from age but the cosmetic upgrades help a lot. Jet tubs and bathroom tiles not new

We had an issue with a vehicle in our party and they were not going to be able to make it as they had to be towed and were near Asheville. I contacted the gentleman at the front desk and he was able to cancel our reservation without any penalty. We have stayed at this location for the last 3 years on our way to our family vacation and it has met all of our needs. Will be back next year!

The service was good the food was good The staff was very friendly. Location was great right next to Route 26 easy on easy off.

Location is good and close to several shops and restaurants. Hotel is very nice and they serve food and have a small bar area which is nice.

We had a great time except for Friday night when I started to smell Marijuana I'm my room. It was coming from the halll. I immediately get severe headaches and feel like vomiting when I smell it. So the first night was not good. I also smelled it in the elevator lobby the next morning which made my day not so good.

Good location and really appreciated the digital check-in/check-out. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The Customer Service of the Front Desk I want to say her name is Courtney she was great. She check me in and gave me Excellent Service. Not only her but the Housekeeper on Duty I don’t know his name but I had an issue he was up there Within minutes

The staff was great, the lobby was very nice and the ability to get a meal prepared in the evening was perfect.
